One of our successful Historic Preservation projects includes this 10 unit 1920’s apartment building in Hollywood, where the entire units were upgraded with new state of the art amenities including indoor dryer in each unit – updated electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and bathrooms with old world charm:

Ashton Ave., Century City

This cozy 6 unit 1930’s “Jewel Box” building was a little less than historic and suffering from a fire that occurred there before we got to work.  The property was re-designed by architect “Hap” Gilman and New Choice Contractors was hired to perform upgrades and general repairs for one of the vacant units to be rented out.  During the work Dan uncovered a large cavity behind a closet.  With the help of Rock Architects we turned this unused area into a complete den area, expanded the units, and helped the owner get a substantial rent increase.
